The Walk to Fisterra is excited to partner with Latch Lake, a manufacturer of quality guitar slides and the world's best microphone stands.
Latch Lake is providing The Walk to Fisterra with six stands -- four micKing 3300 large stands, and two micKing 2200 medium stands to use to record Dane Johansen performing in churches along the Camino de Santiago.
The Walk to Fisterra’s sound engineer, Kyle Pyke, says, "Latch Lake stands are the best on the market. I built a custom, side-mounted Decca tree for this project, and wanted to make sure that we had a sturdy, non-obtrusive stand to hold it up. The bases are perfect for recording in churches, because they are flat and round to fit under and around pews, without compromising on stability."
